Larry Schwartz – Chairman & CEO
Larry Schwartz has over 25 Years of executive management experience in large-scale operational streamlining, enterprise-grade software and consumer products development, strategic planning, business transformation, and outsourced services including billing and contact centers.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Schwartz was President, EVP Global Operations at Convergys Corporation, the world’s largest outsourced provider of billing and customer care services.
Schwartz’s extensive industry experience includes executive management roles at major corporations including Compaq, Tandem, Nortel Networks and Bell-Northern Research. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of nVoq Inc, and is Chairman of the City of Montgomery Landmarks Commission.
Schwartz earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Mitesh Desai – COO
Mr. Desai manages the product and technology direction and customer interactions for deployment planning and execution. Mr. Desai brings 25 Years Executive Management Experience in Product Marketing, Technology Planning, Enterprise-Grade Software Development, Strategic Planning, and Business Operations Transformation.
Mitesh has led several organizations in Marketing, Product Management and Solutions delivery. Mitesh led the Global Telecom Solutions Group at Compaq, and was responsible for managing the worldwide Marketing and Business Development activities for Compaq’s Telecommunications business. Mitesh provided leadership in shaping and driving Compaq’s strategies for the Telecommunications industry, directed the development of integrated solutions in the Service Provider space, and managed partnerships with Network Equipment Vendors and Value Added Software Vendors.
Before joining Compaq, Mitesh spent more than fifteen years at Nortel Networks in assignments ranging from managing large scale product development to corporate strategy development. While at Nortel, Mitesh spends several years in Europe and Asia leading Nortel’s business growth and managed customer deliveries to customers in the region. He also led development teams in the design of communication systems, at Siemens Communications.
Mitesh has an an MBA from Duke University and an Engineering Degree in Computer and Systems Eng.
Rob Duplantis – Director of Product Management
With over 20 years experience in product management and leadership in contact center software design and development, Rob Duplantis is well known and highly regarded for his vision in architecting, designing, and developing innovative software solutions that have helped transform the global multi-media contact center industry.
Prior to his current position, Rob led advanced software solutions for research and development at NICE Systems in Richardson, Texas, specializing in Workforce Optimization.
Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.
David Crimmins – VP of Sales and Business Development
David has over 20 years of experience in developing strategies for improving call center operational performance through the application of technology solutions. Prior to his current position, David has contributed to multiple early-stage technology companies grow revenue through the acquisition of new customers in the Fortune 1000. He has made a major contribution to the growth of WorkFlex in the two years he has been here.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
